Alex R. Hernandez Jr. is a Texas and New York licensed litigation attorney with over 20 years of experience in personal injury law, business law, real estate and property law, automotive accidents, trial and litigation, wrongful death, and more. 

Alex has deep roots in the practice of law. His father, Alex R. Hernandez Sr., built a strong reputation as a trial attorney and county judge after immigrating from Mexico. His sister, Rachel Hernandez, is a family law attorney. His mother, Andrea Hernandez, is the firm’s bookkeeper and has over 40 years of legal, financial, and bookkeeping experience. The Hernandez family came from humble beginnings and exemplify the American dream. Alex lives life on the principle of hard work as its own reward, and he is committed to working just as hard for you to get the results you need.

Alex earned a B.A. in Economics at The University of Texas at Austin and was named the Economics Student of the Year. He later earned a J.D. at St. Mary’s University School of Law San Antonio and a Certificate in International Law at The University of Houston School of Law. Armed with an economics and business background, Alex has unique, valuable insights and solutions that will help your case.
