International Paper Cuts $125M Verdict To $15M In Invoice Suit

A Texas appellate court on Thursday axed most of a $125.3 million judgment against International Paper Company, but left the world’s largest paper company on the hook for about $14.8 million for the damage its failure to pay for a construction project caused the contractor.
